BCI Directs SBCs to Initiate Discipl. Action Against Advocates Soliciting Work Through Online Portal - 09.07.2024

Bar Council of India (BCI) has issued directions to State Bar Councils to take disciplinary action against advocates soliciting work through online portals and has further directed the removal of advertisements published by lawyers through these online platforms.
