Tripura HC: Bail Granted to HIV-Positive Accused in NDPS Case - 08.07.2024

Tripura HC has granted bail to an accused under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, who is HIV positive, on the ground that the accused is entitled to lead a life with all dignity in an environment that would be congenial to him which is not possible in jail.
