Telangana High Court: 12-Year-Old Rape Victim Allowed to Terminate 26 Weeks Pregnancy - 08.07.2024

Telangana High Court has allowed a twelve-year-old rape victim to terminate twenty-six weeks pregnancy on the ground that if the victim is forced to continue pregnancy against her wish, she would be subjected to mental trauma and social stigma.
