Ponty Chadha Shootout Case: SC Refuses to Hear Bail Plea of Sukhdev Singh Namdhari - 09.06.2016

Supreme Court has declined to entertain the bail plea of Sukhdev Singh Namdhari, accused in a 2012 shootout that killed liquor baron Ponty Chadha and his brother Hardeep, saying charges against him were "grave".
