SCDRC Upholds Penalty of Rs. 5 Lakh Imposed on Airtel - 05.07.2024

Delhi State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (SCDRC) has upheld a penalty of Rs. 5 Lakh imposed on Airtel for making indiscriminate calls and observed that Airtel was not only negligent in providing its services but was also using its position to harass the customer.
