Del. HC: CGPDTM to Prepare Draft Code of Conduct for Regulation of Patent and Trademark Agents - 05.07.2024

Delhi High Court has asked the Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks (CGPDTM) to prepare a draft code of conduct for regulating Patent and Trademark Agents and notify the same within a period of six months.
