Sik. HC: Conviction of a 24-Year-Old for Committing Rape on His Grandmother, Upheld - 05.07.2024

Sik. HC has upheld the conviction of a man for committing rape on his grandmother under Sections 376(2)(f), 376(2)(n) of IPC & observed that there was no reason to disbelieve the victim, who at her age was unlikely to make such allegation against her grandchild unless she was left with no option.
