Bom. HC: Consensual Relationship Between Man and Woman is Not a License to Exploit Partner - 05.07.2024

Bombay High Court while denying bail to a man booked for outraging modesty, abduction, extortion, rape and unnatural sex has held that consensual relationship between a man and a woman does not give any one of them, the license to exploit either one sexually, physically and financially.
