Ker. HC: Registrar of Co-operative Societies A Public Authority, Expected to Provide Information - 04.07.2024

Kerala High Court has held that it is well settled that the Registrar of Co-operative Societies is a public authority and is expected to provide the information enumerated in Section 2(f) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 subject to the limitations provided under Section 8 of the Act.
