Tel. HC: Person in Possession Has to Prove Dutiable/ Prohibited Goods Are Not Meant For Smuggling - 02.07.2024

Telangana High Court has observed that under the Customs Act, 1962 the burden of proof that dutiable or prohibited goods are not meant for smuggling, shall lie on the person who is found in possession of such goods.
