Kar. HC: To Set Aside Proceedings u/s 12 of Domestic Violence Act, Parties Must Approach High Court - 02.07.2024

Kar. HC has observed that setting aside entire proceeding initiated under Section 12 of the DV Act, 2005 is not the power that is vested in the Court of Sessions on an appeal under Section 29. It is the inherent power that is conferred upon the High Court under Section 482 of CrPC, 1973.
