Food Aduletration: Rajasthan High Court Takes Suo Motu Cognizance - 02.07.2024

Rajasthan High Court has taken suo motu cognizance of rampant food adulteration incidents and observed that the Fundamental Right to Life includes a safe and healthy life and people are protected under Article 21 of the Constitution of India against hazardous and injurious food articles.
