Bombay HC: Persons of LGBTQ Community are Vulnerable Within Four Corners of Jail - 01.07.2024

Bombay High Court while granting bail to an accused belonging to the LGBTQ community, has observed that a person belonging to the LGBTQ+ community can be said to be a person belonging to a category of persons, who are indeed vulnerable, particularly within the four corners of a jail.
