Pat. HC: Secondary Evidence Determining Victim’s Age to Stand Proven if No Challenge Made by Accused - 01.07.2024

Patna High Court has observed that secondary evidence produced by the prosecution to determine the victim’s age under the POCSO Act, 2012 shall stand proven if the accused does not exercise his right to contest the admissibility of secondary evidence.
