Manipur HC Notifies Launch of Hybrid Functioning, Mandatory E-Filing in District Courts - 01.07.2024

Man. HC notified launch of hybrid mode of functioning in district courts from July 1 and also intimated that e-filing would be mandatory in district courts for filing of new cases. The initiative was taken to modernise court proceedings and improve accessibility to courts for lawyers and litigants.
