Kar HC: PIL Seeking Direction for Government Correspondence to be Done in Kannada Language, Rejected - 28.06.2024

Karnataka High Court has refused to entertain a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) that sought direction on the State Government to use Kannada language at all levels and observed that there can be no universal formula as to whether one language should only be used in governmental affairs.
