Gauhati High Court: State Government Pulled Up for Not Responding to PIL filed for Water Logging - 28.06.2024

Gau. HC has pulled up Assam Government for not filing a response in a PIL filed to raise issue of water logging in the city of Gauhati and stated that it appears that departments are not serious in solving problem of water logging as despite specific time granted to them, no response has been filed.
