Karnataka High Court: News Channel ‘Power TV’ Restrained from Broadcasting till Next Date of Hearing - 27.06.2024

Karnataka High Court has restrained news channel ‘Power TV’ operated by M/s Power Smart Media Private Limited from broadcasting till the next date of hearing. The order was passed after considering that companies were broadcasting news without obtaining proper license.
