Tel. HC: Court Shouldn’t Compel Couples to Stay Husband and Wife - 26.06.2024

Tel. HC while allowing a husband’s plea to seek divorce, has observed that Court has a limited role in the whole affair and should not act as executioner or counsellor to compel parties to continue living as wife and husband, particularly where meeting of minds between them has irrevocably ended.
