Pat. HC: With Burn Injuries to the Extent of 100%, Making Dying Declaration Doubtful - 26.06.2024

Patna High Court has observed that a person who suffers burn injuries to the extent of 100% would not be in a position to give statements implicating accused therefore such statement casts doubt upon the correctness of the claim made in dying declaration.
