Bombay High Court Raps BMC for Failing to Act Against Hawkers - 25.06.2024

Bombay High Court came down heavily on Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) and said that BMC has failed to act against illegal hawkers who encroach on footpaths which deprives people of their fundamental right to a safe place to walk and directed strict action against such hawkers.
