SC: Setting Aside of Grant of 5% Add. Marks to Certain Domiciles of Haryana in Recruitment, Upheld - 25.06.2024

Supreme Court has upheld the judgment passed by the Punjab and Haryana High Court that set aside a notification by the State Government granting 5% additional marks on the basis of "socio-economic" criteria to domiciles of Haryana in recruitment to certain posts.
