Ker HC: Can Prosecute Guardian of Minor Driving Vehicle w/o Licence Even Before Deter. Minor's Guilt - 25.06.2024

Kerala High Court has observed that proceedings against the guardian of a juvenile or owner of a motor vehicle under section 199A of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 can be initiated if information regarding the commission of an offence by the juvenile has been recorded in the General Diary.
