Ker. HC: IO Mixes Contraband Found in Separate Packs, Bail Granted to Accused Booked Under NDPS Act - 24.06.2024

Kerala High Court has granted bail to an accused booked under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, 1985(NDPS) possessing contraband after noting that the Investigating Officer (IO) had mixed the content found in three separate packets.
