Guj. HC: Student Allowed to Write Exams, Shortage of Attendance Condoned - 24.06.2024

Guj. HC while allowing a student to appear in board exams, has observed that authorities are bound to ensure that academic career of students is not damaged and they are not deprived from pursuing their academic career and that they should be given an opportunity to prove themselves in examinations.
