Ker. HC: Settling Serious Crimes Like Murder, Rape Would Seriously Impact Society - 24.06.2024

Ker. HC has observed that heinous and serious offences involving mental depravity or offences such as murder, rape and dacoity cannot be quashed though the victim or the family has settled the dispute. Such offences are, not private in nature but have a serious impact upon society.
