Ker. HC: Circular Issued to Enable Service of Notice, Summons Through E-Post in Trivandrum - 21.06.2024

Kerala High Court has issued a notice introducing the e-Post service of India Post as a new option for service of summons/notices/orders. In the initial phase, e-Post will be made available only in Thiruvananthapuram District and this shall be extended to all districts of Kerala.
