Gau. HC: Compensation Awarded to Wife of Deceased Driver Enhanced - 21.06.2024

Gauhati High Court has enhanced the compensation awarded to the wife of a deceased driver on the ground that the Tribunal did not consider relevant information like future prospect and monthly income of the deceased.
