Mad. HC: Provisions Cannot be Overridden by Numerals Inserted for Illustrative Clarity - 20.06.2024

Madras High Court has observed that the numerals that are inserted in provisions by way of abundant caution to provide illustrative clarity cannot add, modify or override the provision itself.
