AP HC: Registry to List Plea Challenging Illegal Detention of 195 Bovine Animals - 20.06.2024

Andhra Pradesh High Court while observing that in matters concerning the welfare of animals court cannot be stopped from exercising inherent jurisdiction, has directed its registry to list plea challenging the illegal detention of 195 bovine animals.
