Cal. HC: Bengal Govt. to Ensure Reservation in all Public Employment to Transgender Persons - 19.06.2024

Calcutta High Court has directed Government of West Bengal to ensure 1% reservation to all transgender persons in all public employment in the State in accordance with guidelines given in judgement of National Legal Service Authority vs. Union of India & Ors (MANU/SC/0309/2014
