Tel. HC: Can’t Discredit Deposition of Pardanashin Lady, Acquittal Overturned in Murder Case - 18.06.2024

Telangana High Court while overturning the acquittal of accused in a murder case, has held that the deposition of a pardanashin woman cannot be discredited only because of her being pardanashin.
