Delhi High Court Directs Removal of Tweets By Congress Leaders Against Journalist Rajat Sharma - 17.06.2024

Del. HC while granting ex-parte ad interim injunction in favour of Journalist Rajat Sharma in his defamation suit has directed removal of tweets made by Congress leaders Ragini Nayak, Jairam Ramesh & Pawan Khera alleging that he used abusive language on air during a show on the election result day.
