Meghalaya High Court: Bail Plea Rejected Despite Delay in Trial - 14.06.2024

Meghalaya High Court has rejected the bail plea of an accused even when there was a delay in the commencement of trial under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and observed that while deciding bail plea gravity of offence needs to be considered.
