Karnataka Prohibition of Violence Against Advocates Act, 2023 Comes Into Effect From 10th June, 2024 - 13.06.2024

Karnataka Prohibition of Violence Against Advocates Act, 2023 has come into effect from 10th June, 2024 and the main objective of the act is to protect advocates so that they can perform all of their professional functions without intimidation, hindrance, harassment or improper interference.
