Amalgamation of Air Asia With Air India Express Approved by NCLT - 12.06.2024

National Company Law Tribunal has approved the amalgamation of AIX Connect Pvt Ltd., owner of Air Asia Airlines, with the Air India Express Ltd company under Section 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
