Madras High Court: Important to Send Out Message That Courts Shouldn’t be Taken for Granted - 12.06.2024

Madras High Court while hearing suo motu revisions against the discharge/acquittal of ministers in corruption case has observed that whatever happens in the suo motu, even if it is dropped in the future, a message should go out and no one should take the court for granted.
