Madras High Court Lauds TN Government for Its Gender and Sexual Minority Policy - 11.06.2024

Madras High Court has lauded the Tamil Nadu Government for its Gender and Sexual Minority Policy which is an effort to create safe space for persons of the LGBTQIA+ community, and observed that this policy will set a precedent for the entire country and give a day of hope for the LGBTQIA+ community.
