Del. HC: Individual Restrained from Using India TV Logo and “Baap Ki Adalat” Tademark - 11.06.2024

Delhi High Court while ruling in favour of journalist Rajat Sharma, has restrained an individual from using his name, photograph and “Baap Ki Adalat” trademark in social media posts, audio-video content or any services which may result in violation of the journalist's personality rights.
