All. HC: Application u/s 483 CrPC for Speedy Disposal of Plea u/s 125 CrPC, Maintainable - 11.06.2024

All. HC has held that as Family Court exercises jurisdiction of judicial magistrate while deciding application under Section 125 Cr.P.C., application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to Family Court for expeditious disposal of application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. would be maintainable.
