Delhi HC: Directions Issued to Ensure Speedy Trial in Excise Policy Case - 10.06.2024

Delhi HC in order to ensure speedy trial in Delhi excise policy case has issued directions that include no unnecessary delay in scrutiny of documents, long dates and adjournments are not sought and hard copy and digitized copy of chargesheet are provided to the accused on the first day of hearing.
