Telangana HC: ‘Less Salary, More Hours’ Not Sufficient for Offence of Child Kept in Bondage - 07.06.2024

Tel. HC has held that the essential ingredient to attract offence of child kept in bondage under Section 79 of the JJ Act, 2015 is that minor child must be kept in bondage for purpose of employment or child's earnings should be withheld or such earnings shall be used by employer for his own purpose.
