Ker. HC: Criminal Misc. Cases to be Numbered Only After Producing Witness Statements & Docs. - 07.06.2024

Kerala High Court has directed its registry to number criminal miscellaneous cases only after producing the final report along with witness’s statements and documents and was further directed to strictly comply with the direction.
