Kar HC: No Need to Share Opinion Given by CVC to Discipl. Authority with Delinquent Bank Employee - 07.06.2024

Kar. HC has observed that the Court does not subscribe to the views that opinion of Central Vigilance Commission to disciplinary authority should always be shared with delinquent employee and stated that object of consulting Commission is not in interest of employee but in larger interest of bank.
