Kerala High Court: Can’t Expect Witness to Recall Sequence of Events Accurately - 06.06.2024

Kerala HC has observed that a witness cannot be expected to recall an accurate sequence of events and minor discrepancies in the statements do not amount to contradiction as these are normal errors of memory due to lapse of time and will always be there, however honest and truthful a witness may be.
