Kerala High Court: Scribe Should Have Completed Matriculation But Not 12th Standard - 06.06.2024

Ker. High Court while allowing a candidate with ninety percent disability to attend the Kerala Engineering Architectural Medical Examination (KEAM), 2024, has observed that the candidate can attend the examination through the help of a scribe who is a matriculate and had not completed 12th standard.
