Self Declaration Certificate Before Publishing/Broadcasting Any Ads. Made Mandatory by Centre - 05.06.2024

Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has issued a Press Information Bureau making it mandatory for advertisers and advertising agencies to submit a self-declaration certificate for all new advertisements that will be issued/telecast/aired/published on or after 18th June, 2024.
