Admission in Eight Law Colleges Lacking BCI Approval, Halted by Gujarat High Court - 05.06.2024

Gujarat High Court has halted the process of admission for LLB courses in eight law colleges that have not been approved by the Bar Council of India. The Court has directed the Bar Council to conduct inspections in the colleges which is a mandatory requirement for granting approval.
