Kerala HC: Strict Actions to be Taken Against Illegally Modified Vehicles & Recording Video - 05.06.2024

Ker. HC has issued a set of directions for the State to take strict actions under the Motor Vehicles Act of 1988, against individuals having Illegally modified vehicles and against vloggers that record videos inside driver’s cabin and disrupt driver’s concentration causing a threat to road users.
