AFT: Military Personnel Who Refuse to Take Promotion Cadre Test Disentitled from Finan. Upgradation - 04.06.2024

Armed Forces Trib. has held that if a military personnel gives unwillingness to undergo promotion cadre test or unwillingness for promotion those are to be looked at separately by competent authority & they are not entitled to financial up-gradation as per Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme.
